'Youth Service Organizations' Senate Bill 25-284

This bill requires each public and charter school to allow any youth group, without discrimination, to present opportunities for enrichment activities during the school day.

1) The school boards will decide which groups will speak to the students.
2) Past history has shown that Christian groups will most likely not be included.
3) We expect indoctrination on gender and sexuality will be presented.

'Kelly Loving Act' HB25-1312 Section 2

Status: Passed House and moved to Senate for consideration. Not in committee yet.

When making child custody decisions and determining the interests of a child for purposes of parenting time, a court shall consider deadnaming, misgendering, or threatening to publish material related to an individual’s gender-affirming health-care services as types of coercive control.
A court shall consider reports of coercive control when determining the allocation of parental responsibilities in accordance with the best interests of the child.
